Features

Built for the days you don't feel like it

Most habit apps are designed for your best day. This one is designed for your worst.

  • Skips, not streaks

Miss a day and nothing breaks. You get a skip, not a zero — and a gentle note about what you did do.

  • Two-tap check-in

Open, tap, done. Or check in from the widget or your watch without opening anything.

  • Honest trends

Weekly and monthly views that show direction, not perfection. Bad weeks look like bad weeks, not failure.

  • Tiny versions

Every habit has a 'smallest possible' version for hard days. One push-up still counts.

  • Private by default

Data lives on your device and in your own iCloud or Google account. We can't see it, so we can't sell it.

  • Quiet accountability

Share a habit with one friend. They see whether you checked in — not what, not how much.

How it works

Start with one habit and the smallest version of it.

When you add a habit, we ask for two things: the version you'd like to do, and the version you can do on your worst day. Ten minutes of reading; one page. A 5k run; putting your shoes on and walking to the corner.

On hard days the app offers the small version first. Doing it keeps the chain going. Over a year, that's the difference between 40 check-ins and 300.

Reflection

A monthly note you'll actually read.

Once a month you get a short, plain-language summary: what stuck, what slipped, and one suggestion. It's written from your data, on your device. No coaching upsell, no motivational quotes.

Most people tell us it's the first time an app has been honest with them without being unkind.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need an account?
No. The app works without one. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want to sync between devices or share a habit.
Where is my data?
On your device, and in your own iCloud or Google Drive if you turn on sync. We don't run a server that stores your habits.
Can I export?
Yes — CSV and JSON, any time, on Plus. Free users can export once a month.
Is there a web or desktop version?
Not yet. iPad and Mac (Apple Silicon) are supported. A web version is the most-requested feature and we're honest that it's not soon.
What happens if I stop paying for Plus?
You keep all your data and all your habits. You just can't add new ones beyond three until you remove some or resubscribe.
How do I get help?
The support page has the common fixes. Otherwise email us — a human replies within a day, usually one of the three of us who built it.
